DIAMOND EDUCATION

In order for a consumer to make the right diamond selection, it is necessary to become educated. Kingsgate’s customers receive a short presentation on The Four C’s; utilizing a variety of interesting visual aids. Our customers may then continue their education, by examining differences in Color and Clarity.

Many of our customers, after having received our preliminary presentations, leave our store on their first visit, without having looked at diamonds! They return on a subsequent visit; to continue their education with a practical demonstration on diamond quality. Only after a customer has obtained this level of understanding, can they be in a position to decide on the best combination of quality factors within their budget.
